FALL FAVORITE

Fresh sage and rosemary finished with a cheesy, creamy lightened up pumpkin  béchamel sauce... This pasta bake is out of this world delish!  Inspired by the flavors of pumpkin ravioli's I made this recipe with the filling in mind and added to the dish from there. 

 

Layers of cheese, sausage, spinach and fresh herbs it is hard to believe this rich dish is lightened up.  This goes perfect with a side of sautéed green beans.  Serve as a side for a dinner party or the holidays.  Top with few fried sage leaves for extra style points (and they taste great)!

PUMPKIN SPICE COOKIES

Grab your lattes it’s pumpkin spice season! How about a cookie too? Chewy pumpkin spice cookie topped with chopped white chocolate chips.

The sweetness of the roasted grapes and savory flavor of the red onions tie together the flavors of the bowl and really make the dressing pop. Oh and you might want to eat that dressing with a spoon.

NONNA'S SPINACH & OLIVE HAND PIES

My grandma used to make Italian spinach breads all the time and I loved them. I particularly loved the stuffing. This is my twist on her recipe. Crave worthy? Yes....and being so darn pretty, well that’s just a plus.
