Being fortunate enough to live in the NYC area I’m surrounded by great restaurants and lots of yummy foods.  They’re a huge influence and inspiration to me when I’m in the kitchen.   Because I’m always cooking for people I love, I cook with the intention of making meals that are good for you and taste delish.


I created Well Zested to share healthy recipes that have lots of flavor without all the extra calories. You’ll find a range of recipes from Nonna’s Spinach Hand Pies and Kansas City BBQ Chicken Sliders to Banana Pumpkin Muffins and Mini Key Lime Cheesecakes.  And the best part is they’ve all been 100% approved by some of the toughest critics, my family!   I also love food photography and hope my photos will encourage you to get cooking and try these delicious recipes with your friends and family.


My food philosophy is simple: eat food, good food!   Nutrition is important, so take care of yourself and find your own balance.  Big Flavors + Seasonal Fruits and Veggies = Good Food.
